This is a clean starter page for the legal stack we’ll need before launch. It’s a content shell for now, not final legal advice.
AussieOnly is intended as a directory and discovery service for lawful adult listings. The dedicated Terms page should define acceptable use, listing rules, moderation rights, takedown handling and affiliate disclosure obligations.
Privacy language should cover contact submissions, analytics, cookies, application handling, takedown requests and any database-backed account features later. The launch privacy starter is available on the Privacy page.
Where referral or affiliate links are used in guides or platform comparison pages, the site should clearly disclose that commissions may be earned from qualifying signups.
The site should make clear that it is for adults only and that listed services and content are intended for lawful adult audiences.
